My name is Mattie Rasa and I have been a native to the lake area, Versailles for 18 years; raised in Versailles and a graduate of Morgan County R-2 School District.  I have always had a passion for helping others.  It wasn’t until my son Daulton was born April of 2008 that I decided to make a career change and to pursue my passion for massage.  With the support of my husband and family and a 4 ½ month old baby, I quit my job and went to school as a full time student at Metro Business College in Jefferson City for Massage Therapy.

 There were many times I asked myself if I was doing the right thing,  each time to answer myself by helping someone feel better from a massage.  Nine months later I graduated with my certificate and honors of Salutatorian of the Spring 2009 Class.  I worked the summer season at Elements Spa at Old Kinderhook.  With season winding down, I was in search of my next venture.  My dream has always been to have my own shop doing massage.  That prayer was answered.  I leased space from Lake Soleil Tanning starting September 1 and business has only grown.  January 1 we moved next door and expanded adding a hair salon with the spa.
